REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging

*Original dog portraits

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on dog portraits.

*All other items

We gladly accept returns on all other items as long as they are unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

If your order arrived damaged

If your order arrived damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a description of the damage and some photos.

Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

​

Timelines

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and post your items within 30 days.
After 30 days of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

How to return

If you decide to return your order, please contact me quoting your order number which is found on your order confirmation email, along with the reason for return. Once you have been contacted by me with a confirmation, please send your return to: Magdalena Creative, 43 Oak Grove, NN3 3JD, Northampton, United Kingdom.

Return postage costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

​

It's up to you how you choose to send your return back, but i would recommend a signed for service that covers the value of the order you are returning, as the contents will be insured if the parcel is lost. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable - the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What happens next

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This might take up to 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still can't see the refund, please contact your bank - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
