Processing times:

All orders are processed between 1-2 business days. This excludes the pet portraits, which take approx 3 weeks to complete.

Domestic delivery (UK)

Standard shipping:

All items ship with Royal Mail 2nd Class. Shipping prices vary per item type but never exceed £1.99.

Delivery times: 2-3 working days.

Shipping upgrades are available, they include Royal Mail 1st Class and Yodel (courier) delivery.

International delivery

All items ship with Royal Mail International Standard delivery.

Delivery times: 6-10 working days.
